Using JINVO

JINVO is provided by Eimantas Kudarauskas, an individual developer. These terms describe the service and its subscriptions. The license to the iOS app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). This page supplements that license and does not replace mandatory consumer rights.

Use JINVO only when you are legally able to agree to the applicable terms, or with a parent or guardian’s authorization where required. Keep your account credentials secure and provide information that is accurate enough for the features you choose to use.

Fitness guidance and AI

JINVO offers workout planning, logging, progress information and coaching. It is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or rehabilitate injuries, and it does not replace professional medical advice or a qualified trainer’s assessment.

AI responses and camera estimates can be incomplete or incorrect. Review exercise choices, suggested loads, repetitions and changes before using them. Stop if an exercise causes pain or you feel unwell, and seek appropriate professional advice. JINVO does not guarantee fitness results or that entering an injury will make every recommendation safe.

Subscriptions and payment

Cloud coaching requires an eligible membership. Available subscription durations, included features, localized prices and any offer terms are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you pay. Do not assume that a free trial or a particular price is available unless the purchase screen offers it.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for renewal during the final 24 hours of that period.
• If a trial is offered, its duration and renewal price appear before enrollment. Cancel before the trial’s renewal deadline to avoid the next charge.
• Prices, taxes, billing periods and available plans can vary by region. Changes are communicated through the applicable App Store process.

Coaching may have chat, voice, planning or avatar allowances shown in the app. A subscription does not promise unlimited AI requests. Features require compatible software and may depend on internet availability and service capacity.

Cancel, restore or request a refund

Manage or cancel through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → JINVO, or open Apple’s subscription management. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the paid period ends.

Use Restore Purchases in JINVO’s Coaching membership screen with the Apple Account used for the purchase and the original JINVO account. For purchase problems, contact support. Apple handles refund requests through Report a Problem; eligibility depends on Apple’s policies and applicable law.

Deleting the app, resetting training memory or deleting your JINVO account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel the subscription separately. Apple’s cancellation instructions.

Responsible use and availability

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, evade usage limits or submit content you do not have the right to use. Upload only photos and information you are authorized to share.

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit JINVO and its service providers to process that content as needed to deliver the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, faults or provider outages. We may restrict misuse or access required to be restricted by law. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded; the app license and applicable consumer law govern the parties’ rights.
